  • Order Verification: Our eITserve Online Sales Rep will verify your order and reserve your selected item/s under the provided name. To ensure your safety, do not reply or entertain any communication outside of eITserve' official modes of communication.
  • In the verification process, our online sales representative will request a photo of a valid government-issued ID. This is essential for identity verification and to safeguard against unauthorized use of your payment details.
  • To avoid any inconveniences, it's crucial not to make any payments before your eITserve Online Sales Rep confirms your order.
  • Bank Transfer: Visit a branch of the specified bank or use your preferred Online Banking App. Fill out a Bank Transfer Form.

  • Again, to avoid any inconveniences, it's crucial not to make any payments before your eITserve Online Sales Rep confirms your order.
  • Double-Check Details: Before making the deposit, ensure the account name and number match. Accurate information is vital to a successful transfer or deposit.
  • Deposit/Transfer: Transfer the Total Amount Due as given by your assigned eITserve Online Sales Rep.
  • Confirmation: Send a screenshot of the transfer confirmation or a picture of the validated deposit slip to your assigned eITserve Online Sales Rep via Viber.
  • Processing Your Order: Once we receive the screenshot and confirm the successful transfer, your eITserve Online Sales Rep will process your order for pickup or delivery. Remember, bank transfers need time to clear and process.
  • Reservation Period: Items will be reserved under your name for 24 hours. Payment made within this time will void the reservation. If needed, request an extension from your eITserve Online Sales Rep (approval subject to conditions).
  •  Please note that non-Peso accounts may have additional fees. Feel free to reach out to your bank for further details. Your seamless shopping experience is our priority. 


 

We take pride in our seamless delivery process, ensuring your orders reach you promptly and securely. When placing an order within the Philippines, eITserve or its affiliated entities will manage delivery, provided the destination falls within our delivery network's coverage. Rest assured, your chosen products will be delivered to the address you specify during checkout.

Please be aware that the shipping fees displayed on our website may be subject to adjustments. Before finalizing your orders and processing your payment, we will promptly notify you of any changes.

For deliveries within Metro Manila, the standard fulfillment period is approximately 5 days, barring any prior arrangements with our eITserve Sales Representative. On the day of delivery, one of our representatives will contact you to confirm your availability to receive the parcel. In instances where you are unreachable or unavailable, the delivery will be rescheduled for the subsequent batch.

We would like to note that eITserve holds no liability for non-delivery of a product due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Unavailability of the cardholder or authorized representative
  • Incomplete or inaccurate address details
  • Force Majeure


Our shipments are safeguarded by our Partner Couriers, and items are meticulously packaged to prevent any damage during transit. In the event of any damage, missing items, or issues with the received parcel, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will collaborate with our partner courier to address the matter efficiently. If possible, providing a video that captures the parcel's condition will facilitate the claims and return process for the products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
